Loving this process of inhabiting. Inhabiting my Body. Inhabiting my Age. Inhabiting my Intuition. It all feels to be deepening and for this I am grateful.
It was a full week of museum visits and a daily painting practice. I did have a two-day headache over the weekend. I am not sure if it was from an accidental few bites of kidney beans (on my no no list) or if it was the fluky switch my pharmacy made in giving me the generic brand of my Thyroid medication that I noticed too late. It fascinates me how sensitive my body is. More and more I see that sticking to the program truly works. For a clear head it feels so worth the attention.
Thanks Pops for the pic! At The Bruce Museum enjoying the Lois Dodd show. Post about her work to follow.
