My husband alerted me to the Severance Pop-Up in Grand Central’s Venderbilt Hall for two days January 14 and 15. I was able to make it to see the glass cube Lumon offices yesterday, but with actors, not the stars (they were there Tuesday afternoon) of the Appletv+ hit series that drops Season 2 tomorrow, January 17. Here’s a great primer to recap Season 1, I’ll be catching myself up. And ICYMI, here’s my post from March 2023 where I toured Bell Labs in Holmdel, New Jersey, after watching the series for the first time and recognizing it as the office edifice in the show. I loved all of the details of the Pop-Up’s offices, the stark and diluted colors and geometric repetition. Everything appears retro, but with a unique modern twist. What a fun way to whet our appetites for Season 2! (And here’s a fun clip of Ben Stiller, executive producer and director of Severance, last night on Late Night with Seth Myers.)
