My Mom used to grow Zinnias every summer. So when my dear friend, Jenn, of Once Upon A Chef asked me to make some bouquets to decorate her table for a small family gathering, to the Zinnias I went. They are so bright and cheery and their vibrant summer colors complement any dish. Her menu was ‘Summer Mediterranean’ with her delectable Lamb Burgers, Tzatziki, Hummus and a new savory Summer White Bean Ragout. I can’t wait until she posts her Summer White Bean Ragout recipe. It was my luck to get to sample hers fresh off the stove. It’s almost a whole meal in one with savory, rich, fresh flavors all blended together. Double YUM! On a hot hot summer night, pair this all with her Sparkling White Sangria and good summer memories will be made! Bon Appetite!
