Perfume Heaven: Aedes de Venustas

One of the things I love about New York City are the little havens nestled about. One such haven is the perfumery, Aedes de Venustas. Located in the West Village, stepping through their door is like walking into Marie Antoinette’s dressing room. The walls are lined in gold damask in places, the curtains are swagged and the flowers are lush. Here’s a visual journey through the extensive collection of perfumes, colognes, and candles from some of most unique perfumers in the world. The customer service is exquisite in their knowledge of any scent you may desire. If only it were easier to choose just one of those delicious perfumes. A few more trips may be needed. 😉Photography Beth Horta for Sweet Sabelle.
